SHIPPING POLICY

At Brigati, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
    Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Brigati is not responsible for these charges, and they must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information on charges and procedures.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Brigati is not responsible for any shipments that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you made an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at ciao@brigati.co.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ciao@brigati.co so we can assist you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For information on how to return a product or make an exchange, please refer to our Refund Policy. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products. Please send returns to the following address:
